Standard Operating Procedures

Standardized Operating Procedures for prospective home buyers and renters in order to receive services from Next Step Realty:

1. Buyers/Renters who are unaccompanied by their agent must provide photo identification before making an offer; when accompanied, the accompanying agent must either show their identification or that of their client’s.
2. No exclusive brokerage agreements are required for buyers/renters to work with Next Step Realty agents, but they should nonetheless be solicited.
3. Proof of funds (excluding proof of income) including mortgage pre-approval when an offer includes financing, is required before making an offer to purchase/rent.
