"Alec Murphy did a great job helping my friend Hope and I find an awesome apartment. He listened to our many wishes and showed us a variety of apartments while taking the time to let us get a sense of each different neighborhood. Amazingly we did it in one day - which was key, as I was living in Boston at the time. Alec was understanding of my work and travel conflicts that made it impossible for me to come back to NYC for a follow up appointment with the apartment building manager and he managed to figure out a way to complete all the paperwork without requiring me to come back to the City! Everyone makes apartment-hunting in NYC sound like a nightmarish experience but Alec made it fun and easy. Thank you!!"

Not only did he show my roommate Sumner and I some great apartments, but he also told us where the closest grocery store, subway stop, laundry place, and restaurants were in each neighborhood! He answered all of our questions before we could even ask them! He also stayed in touch with us throughout the moving process to make sure we had everything we needed. We love Jake and Next Step!!!"
