My broker, Michelle, was extremely helpful, positive, and responsive throughout the entire process; it would have been next to impossible to find an apartment meeting all of my requirements without her and the Next Step team. "My apartment hunt could not have gone more smoothly than Next Step Realty. I spoke with Victoria over the phone a few days before we went to look at apartment and told her the most important factors in my search. On the day, she had ten places in a variety of price ranges and locations (still within my parameters) so i could easily compare and contrast my different options. We found two great places within 2 hours and I was able to sign a lease within three hours of showing up at the next step office. Victoria also helped a great deal in negotiating with the building manager to push back the move in date. I could not have possibly found such a great apartment with such low move-in costs without next step. They made what has been a very long and painful experience in the past into a fun afternoon."

We were nervous going in because we were unsure that we would be able to find a place that would meet all of our needs, however Jake Vitale was absolutely awesome and showed us a variety of places so we got a taste of everything. He communicated well with us before and during the search and application process, and followed up with us multiple times to make sure that everything was in line and checking in to see if we needed any help. "Matt Bauman and Next Step made finding an apartment a stress free experience. There were 9 listings lined up and it covered a vast array of options. We ended up finding a great place and I've been very pleased with everything so far.
