While taking all our preferences into consideration, Jordan showed us a variety of apartments that matched our criteria and helped us visualize our lifestyle in each place. Jordan had mapped out 9 apartments for us to visit, and spent the entire day making sure we were comfortable and happy with the options he prepared. Jordan kept communication open between myself and my roommate as well as the leasing managers, but didn't pressure us into making a decision. "Meena Ziabari did a fantastic job helping my roommate and I find the perfect apartment in Brooklyn Heights. Meena knows Brooklyn like the back of her hand, and was an incredible resource for us as we searched. We looked at 7 apartments in one day, all within specific criteria that we told Meena that we wanted. "We moved to NYC from across the country, and were connected with Next Step Realty through my employer. Meena Ziabari promptly reached out to us, set up a phone call to discuss our list of requirements and our ideal scenarios, as well as set expectations for our new home. As my SO was only in-town for a few days, Meena set up a tour for the next week, during which my SO saw roughly 10 places in one day. Meena sent me videos and images of each place, since I couldn't be there in-person. We ended up closing on the second apartment we saw. Meena made the communications with the landlord and super as smooth as possible, and was highly communicative with us. I can't imagine going through this process without Meena!"
