"To be honest, I was a little nervous about how this apartment hunting process was going to go, especially since I moved from out of state. Meena was extremely helpful from the first day she got in contact with us. I really felt that she got to know what my roommate and I wanted in an apartment and location. On the day of the appointment, things couldn't have gone better. She did all the research necessary for each of the 8 apartments that we saw. By the end of the day, we had our new home. HIGHLY recommend to newcomers to the city!"

"My roommate and I needed to find an apartment in a time crunch and were recommended to Margit Weinberg by a family friend. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to the city! I was a little nervous about finding an apartment at first, since both my roommate and I had a smaller budget to work with, but Margit completely settled those nerves and made the experience so much less stressful-- She really listened to our needs and never made us feel pushed to make a decision. "My boyfriend and I were referred to NextStep through our friends at Boston College. We had spent the prior three years in Boston and were new to the NYC rental market. Knowing some of the horror stories we had heard, it was important we found someone we trusted and could show us the apartments that aligned with our interests. Next Step lined us up with fellow Boston College Alum Katie Cummings. Katie was extremely helpful. She found a long list of apartments that fit our criteria, moved us around via Uber (to avoid the 106 degree heat), and finalized the entire signing process for us. It was a seamless process we would recommend to anyone. 10/10."

"So I was pretty hesitant to think that I needed someone to help me find an apartment in NYC.....but I'm glad that I didn't listen to that hesitancy! Next step made my transition from the South to the city so much easier. There were no problems at all (which is a miracle, knowing me). Jake Vitale showed me all sorts of apartments in my price range (and never any outside). I fell in love with two of them, so he took the time to sit with me and do a pros and cons list until I finally decided on one. He made this whole process smooth and way less stressful! Now I know without a doubt that I wouldn't have found such an amazing apartment that fits me so well without Jake or next step. They both even reached out to me on my birthday!! Very solid young professionals who will do exactly what they say they will--find you a place that is what you want!"
