"Given that we were new to NYC, we didn't know what to expect as far as prices/location. It was great being able to rely on Next Step to find us the perfect place within our budget. Both Jessica and Margit were knowledgeable and responsive. Jessica showed us multiple great places and it ended up being difficult deciding which one to pick. It's nice having the ability to sit back (in an air conditioned car) while they drive you around from place to place- It definitely took a lot of the stress away from moving in summer.
