"When I reached out to Next Step Realty after hearing about them through my company, I was connected Victoria, who was extremely friendly and helpful! She was very understanding and answered all of my questions promptly, and she even spoke with my mom on the phone to help get rid of her skepticism. "My roommates and I were reluctant to use a broker since we're all three new to the city, but our broker Margit made it worth it 10 times over. We met at the office that morning and she gave us a list of 6-8 places that we were going to see, but once we got to the 4th apartment, we knew we were in love. I've been in the apartment for 2 weeks and it's completely exceeded any expectations that I had for NYC. Margit made the day so enjoyable--and most importantly calmed my parents nerves! It is 100% without a doubt that if I ever decide to move out of this apartment, Margit will be the first person that I call. Thank you again!!"

"To be honest, I was a little nervous about how this apartment hunting process was going to go, especially since I moved from out of state. Meena was extremely helpful from the first day she got in contact with us. I really felt that she got to know what my roommate and I wanted in an apartment and location. On the day of the appointment, things couldn't have gone better. She did all the research necessary for each of the 8 apartments that we saw. By the end of the day, we had our new home. She was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking to move to the city!
