I am new to the city and a very indecisive person so probably made her job very difficult, but she did an amazing job finding places I would be extremely happy with, and made the whole process of finding an apartment, signing a lease, etc. a breeze. 10/10 would use Next Step again. "Given that we were new to NYC, we didn't know what to expect as far as prices/location. It was great being able to rely on Next Step to find us the perfect place within our budget. Both Jessica and Margit were knowledgeable and responsive. Jessica showed us multiple great places and it ended up being difficult deciding which one to pick. It's nice having the ability to sit back (in an air conditioned car) while they drive you around from place to place- It definitely took a lot of the stress away from moving in summer. We are super happy with the place we ended up with and am SO glad Jessica made sure we were the first appt to see the great spot when it opened up. Thanks again!!"

"Navigating NY housing market was a nightmare, so using a broker is really not a bad idea. Margit Brandt was great in trying to understand what my roommate and I were looking for in our new apartment and she was quick to reflect those in the apartments that she recommended us to take a look. She was very well-versed and knowledgeable about the buildings in the neighborhoods and their application and approval processes which made our decision-making much easier. She was also quick to adjust our tour route according to our reviews of first few places. I was really satisfied with her work. Highly recommend! "

"Next step was fantastic in helping my roommate and I find a new apartment! They found us a place that was an incredible deal, it was the first apartment we saw but too good to turn down. They have been extremely helpful every step of the way and I highly recommend this over the traditional broker! "I have worked with several brokers in the past and Meena (and Next Step) is the best experience I have had thus far. I felt like Meena communicated honestly and effectively, and in a business where shady practices are common, Meena's professionalism was refreshing. Although we went with the first apartment we saw, having a car to see apartments makes the process much easier. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place in NYC."

"I never expected apartment hunting in NYC to be easy, but Next Step Realty made it so. Matt Bauman was an especially amazing broker. From start to finish, Matt was so helpful and attentive. Apartment hunting was also extremely efficient, and we found the perfect place just a few apartments in. And by perfect, I mean it is far more than what we originally expected we could get with our budget. We have some friends in NYC who came to visit and couldn't believe how lucky we were to get this apartment. "Jordan Glaser was great to work with ! He was very easy to talk to about our expectations/needs and he was able to find exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful in the application process and making sure we got the apartment we wanted. Further, he was very efficient in getting all of the necessary documents ready before our appointment. The entire process of visiting places and putting in our application only took a few hours and couldn't have gone easier. Amazing experience overall !"
