"I have worked with several brokers in the past and Meena (and Next Step) is the best experience I have had thus far. I felt like Meena communicated honestly and effectively, and in a business where shady practices are common, Meena's professionalism was refreshing. "I never expected apartment hunting in NYC to be easy, but Next Step Realty made it so. Matt Bauman was an especially amazing broker. From start to finish, Matt was so helpful and attentive. Apartment hunting was also extremely efficient, and we found the perfect place just a few apartments in. And by perfect, I mean it is far more than what we originally expected we could get with our budget. We have some friends in NYC who came to visit and couldn't believe how lucky we were to get this apartment. "Jordan Glaser was great to work with ! He was very easy to talk to about our expectations/needs and he was able to find exactly what we wanted. He was extremely helpful in the application process and making sure we got the apartment we wanted. Further, he was very efficient in getting all of the necessary documents ready before our appointment. The entire process of visiting places and putting in our application only took a few hours and couldn't have gone easier. Amazing experience overall !"

"Cannot recommend Next Step (and particularly Matt) highly enough. The apartment he found us has more than what we ever expected we could get with our budget. We're extremely happy with the apartment, the building, the location. Matt really listened to us and we more than checked off all of our "want" check boxes. He was also extremely attentive and organized through the acceptance process. There was a lot of back and forth between different parties, but he told us exactly what we needed to do and kept us updated. If we didn't have a broker, we probably would've given up on this apartment a long time ago. But we're so glad it worked out, and we thank Matt for making it happen."

"Michelle Calogero exceeded our expectations on our apartment hunt. I was nervous going into this process that there was nothing within my price range, but was relieved on the day of our tour to see that the listings we would be seeing were at or below our max budget! Although our search was limited to the Upper East Side, Michelle provided us with a wide variety of rentals that fit our basic criteria, making our decision that much harder! She answered all of our questions promptly and made this process as stress-free as possible for three girls who had just met. We were able to sign a lease on our selected apartment the day of our tour! I can't imagine moving to New York City without Next Step - HIGHLY recommended. "
