"Finding our new apartment with Meena was just perfect. She was so helpful in finding us a new place. We drove around and saw a TON of amazing options, well within our price range, were shown a bunch of cool little shops/bars, and were even treated to coffee and doughnuts! "After a horrific experience of trying to go out and find an apt on our own, and then with an inexperienced realtor who lost us 2 apartments, we finally called Next Step Realty. We found out about them from a recommendation of a friend, who had an amazing experience with Meena. Within the first few minutes of my conversation with Meena, I knew I had finally found our realtor. Her calm demeanor was a breath of fresh air in the frantic world of NYC realty. Before we could even schedule a tour of apartments, she asked me if I would be interested in an apartment that would be a lease takeover. The apartment was set to be listed that night, so I met her at the apt thirty minutes later. I fell in love with it, and put down our application deposit that night. Despite the recalcitrant landlords who moved so slowly and the flakey tenant from whom we took over the lease, we are THRILLED with our amazing apartment, located in the neighborhood we wanted and a whooping $400 under our budget.
