"Katie was awesome at helping my partner and I relocate to Manhattan from Wisconsin for a new job. Cross country moves are no easy thing, but Katie was very helpful. "Getting all the right paperwork together to actually be accepted as a tenant for an apartment in NYC is impossible. Next Step Realty works with you in advance to make sure you have all the right paperwork so you won't have any problems with getting the apartment you want! Victoria was a great broker. She took us to 10 apartments in one day, all of which had the details we wanted. "My partner and I were extremely busy in the lead up to our move and Next Step Realty accommodated our schedules and got rid of much of the hassle of moving. We only had one shot to look at apartments and Meena ensured that what we viewed was exactly what we wanted to see. There were also several complications with our move (me being a UK citizen / not having had the visa processed) but Meena ensured the process was smooth from finding -> viewing -> signing.
