"Highly recommend this agency. Prior to full day tour, I gave our agent Jordan some criteria on what me and my friends were looking for in an apartment. On tour day my friends and I along with Jordan rode around to various locations with a private driver(very well organized and convenient). Jordan was very knowledgeable of every area we visited. The selection of apartments we were shown was perfect, a few reaches and a few right in our criteria, making for a very productive tour. "Getting all the right paperwork together to actually be accepted as a tenant for an apartment in NYC is impossible. Next Step Realty works with you in advance to make sure you have all the right paperwork so you won't have any problems with getting the apartment you want! Victoria was a great broker.
