"I recently moved to NY, coming from abroad. Margit was our agent and she did an excellent job. At first we were afraid that what we were looking was a bit different from the average, and we were insecure about whether or not it would work out. But Margit did an excellent job in hearing us out and adapting the search to find what was important for us. She did what she promised: a high focus one day apartment hunt in which we saw several places and had chosen one of them by the end of the day. She was also great supporting us through the approval process and overall with all sorts of tips about moving to NY. "When your job consumes most of your time, like mine does, looking for an apartment in Manhattan can feel completely impossible. Next Step made this usually dreaded process quick, easy and actually fun! I wanted to continue searching for apartments into the evening because the Saturday morning hunt was so exciting! Jordan, our broker, was so down to earth and personable, and he understood exactly what we wanted. He did all the paperwork, fought for us to get the place we chose, and really held our hands through the whole process, so we didn't have to think about all the annoying details. I've had numerous other experiences with brokers, and this is the first time that I felt that the broker fee was well-deserved. So many times brokers will just phone it in or it feels like they're pushing an apartment on you instead of helping you find a place to call home. Jordan really cared about what we wanted. He was open with us and we really felt like we connected with him. He had his own driver who chauffeured us to the apartments in a luxury SUV that doubled as a mobile office for discussions between viewings. This really made the experience carefree and enjoyable. We highly recommend Next Step Realty and will absolutely use them the next time we're looking for a place!"

"I recently relocated to NYC from Atlanta for work. A couple of my co-workers had worked with Next Step and had very positive feedback about their moves. Client relations and my broker, Jake, reached out immediately to find out my ideal living location, budget, and amenities were. Jake showed me a number of apartments all within my budget and that included my specific requests. We were able to see a number of places within a short amount of time and by 4 PM I had filled out an application on my top apartment! With Jake providing us with the list of requirements beforehand made the process a lot easier. I cannot imagine moving to NYC for the first time without going through a brokerage like Next Step. Within 2 weeks the apartment was officially mine! I am about to move into my apartment now and Jake made sure to relay all of my concerns/requests about my apartment to the leasing office and all of them were completed prior to my move in. "I had a great experience working with Jordan Glaser from Next Step Realty. Jordan showed me approximately ten apartments and we found a place that was only slightly above my original price range but that I was VERY happy with (good location, spacious, modern appliances, washer/dryer in-unit, wood floor, exposed brick, beautiful view, etc.). I highly recommend Jordan and Next Step Realty for your next apartment search, given how much an apartment's value-for-price can vary (at any price level) and how shady some brokers can be. If you're hesitant, just watch Next Step Realty's Official Trailer 2014 video on YouTube to see how great their process really is!"
