"My boyfriend and I moved from California to NYC and Next Step Realty took all of the stress out. We had a screening call so that our guide, Katie, could get together a list of apartments. Her selection was varied but very targeted around all of our requests. We met up one day at their location in West Village where we reviewed some paperwork and then headed off for the day. It's a long day to see 5 to 10 apartments but it really is the best way to do it because you'll find something you like. Sure enough, we found a place and she assisted us all the way through final lease signing, which lessened the communication burden, especially being in a different time zone. Katie was great and we would love to work with her again."
