"My sister and I recently graduated from college and moved to NYC. Our employers put us in contact with Next Step Realty and our broker, Katie. A few weeks ago, we spent one day searching for an apartment within our price range. Katie showed us apartments at both the higher and lower ends of the spectrum. Looking back, we realize it was important to see less expensive apartments within our budget in order to justify spending more on an apartment we really liked.
