"I recently graduated college and moved from DC to NYC. Next Step Realty was recommended to me by some friends so I decided to give it a shot after hearing some of the horror stories of renting an apartment in NYC. My agent was Meena Ziabari. Meena was so friendly and helpful and really made the whole process simple. She was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain how everything worked. She was very transparent in the positives and negatives of each place we saw which gave me more confidence that she was really trying to find the best fit for me. We saw many different places and I had my first NYC apartment in a matter of days. The turnaround time was very short and Meena was there to help push things along. The part that impressed me the most was her continued advice and assistance after she had already been compensated. She continued to answer any random questions I had regarding move-in process formalities, what size air conditioner would fit, etc. I would definitely recommend Next Step, specifically Meena, to anyone moving to NYC."

"My roommate and I were referred to Next Step Realty through a friend and right away they were so helpful with our questions. We absolutely loved working with our agent, Sarah. She took our concerns and preferences and set up a day full of great apartments and we found the perfect place. She answered all of our questions (even all the dumb ones!) and helped us step by step through all the paperwork up until we signed the lease. We had such a pleasant and fun experience spending the day with her as she was honest and knowledgeable about everything. "I had previously only spent 1-2 days in NYC when I met my realtor, Jessica. I told her what I wanted out of an apartment (e.g., commute times, price, neighborhood, etc.) and she showed me 6 spots that met my criteria. We met at 10:00am and I saw the spot I wanted by noon. Throughout the process, she represented my interests and made the lease signing arrangements run smoothly so that I could move into the apartment ASAP. "My roommate and I recently graduated from college in NC and were relocating to NYC for work. We heard about Next Step Realty from a friend of a friend and were put in contact with our broker, Jake. Moving to NYC and finding a clean, safe, and affordable apartment would have been next to impossible without the help of Jake and Next Step. While apartment hunting with Next Step, we were provided a black car to take us throughout the city and view many apartments, ALL which would have been viable options in our price range. "We had a great experience searching for an apartment with our agent, Jake. Our search took place on the rainiest day I have ever seen in NYC and the complimentary car was extremely nice to travel between destinations. I reserve one star because while we saw many apartments, I felt we only saw two true apartments that matched our specific location criteria. Regardless, we found an incredible apartment at a great price for which I am grateful we used a broker.
