"I would definitely recommend Next Step Realty for anyone who is moving into New York. The communication process has been really easy. Sarah, my agent, had a phone call before we actually met in person. Afterwards, she really took my requirements into considerations when putting together a list of apartments that I should be seeing during our appointment. The searching experience was fun, and I was lucky to find an apartment that was within in my budget and convenient for commuting to work. After we decided on the right apartment, she still spent a lot of efforts keeping up with me, making sure that I have completed all the necessary tasks.
