On our one day apartment tours, we were able to see a variety of apartments that met our wish list and budget. "Just graduated and moved to NYC for work. Next Step helped a lot in my apartment hunting and my broker Michelle is awesome. The initial communication is great. I especially like the one-day apartment hunting thing. Really efficient and super helpful to people like me who need to travel to NYC to check the apartments. After I decided the apartment, we had some problem regarding the starting date. But Michelle worked really hard to negotiate on my behalf with the building, and problem solved at the end.
