"Working with Sara at Next Step was phenomenal- she made sure that we saw a variety of apartments, heard a lil bit about the area/neighborhood, and was always available by text or email to make sure we had everything we needed, to check if we had any questions, or to simply update us on our application/move-in information. Moving to New York and finding an apartment we liked, at our price range, in a neighborhood we liked was daunting, but Sara made sure we were well-informed and assured every step of the way."

"I could not recommend Next Step more highly. The whole process was seamless, from requesting an appointment and getting matched with our broker, Jordan, to our morning of viewings. Jordan had a call with us a couple weeks before our appointment to figure out what we were looking for and he really nailed it. We saw half a dozen apartments in about two hours, and Jordan was really great about talking through the pros and cons of each. Once we picked our apartment, Jordan walked us through the application process and was super responsive and on top of any follow-ups. This was our first time using a broker and our easiest apartment hunt and move by far. We loved working with Next Step (and especially Jordan)!"

"Moving into NYC for the first time post-college, I didn't know what to expect from the housing market. Luckily, my employer connected me with Next Step. They were prompt to contact me, and immediately scheduled a chat to narrow down my desired apartment. Overall, we had an incredibly smooth experience working with Victoria Scott. Victoria was extremely attentive, making sure that the listings she showed us met all of our feature, budget, and location requirements. She handled the open house scheduling, multitude of application and guarantor forms, and accompanied us to the final lease signing. Thanks to her, my roommates and I have just moved into an incredible apartment in the heart of the East Village, at a price we didn't think was possible! Everyone at the office was incredibly friendly, including the drivers that took us around from listing to listing (a nice touch!). It was very pleasant to work with Next Step, and I have already recommended it to my friends and will continue to do so in the future."
