"I was stressing about my move to my first apartment for MONTHS. I laid awake at night thinking about how stressful the house hunt would be, weeks and weeks before it even made sense to start looking. I was absolutely miserable thinking about it. My roommate and I decided to give a broker a try, and we were matched with Sara Nardi at Next Step. She absolutely KILLED it! She was friendly, fun, and super helpful throughout the entire process, even after we signed our lease. The entire process was so much less stressful than finding a place on your own, especially because you get it all done in one day! At the beginning of the process, Sara called my roommate and I, and took into account both of our needs and wants when it came to amenities, location, and price. In one afternoon, she took us to 7 properties, all of which I would’ve been happy living in. When we decided on the apartment we liked most, Sara was even able to negotiate a discount on the rent, and a move-in date that worked for us. She was absolutely worth every single penny. I’ve heard many stories of people having negative experiences with apartment brokers, but I’m happy to say I will always (and already have) recommend her and Next Step to any friends and family looking to move. "I am so thankful that I found Next Step they made my apartment search so easy! I recently moved from Boston to NYC for work and had a short deadline to find a place. Victoria was amazing she called me in advance to talk about what I wanted and what were my deal breakers. I loved how we looked at 10 apartments all in one day so it was easy to compare what I liked and what I did not. She was super helpful and patient with me when I was trying to decide between two places and even showed me them again the next day. Once I decided on a place she helped me with all of the paperwork and getting bank checks since it was my first time renting and apartment. "Next Step Realty provided us with a great experience when we were relocating from Boston to NYC. My agent was Meena and she did a fantastic job lining up credible showings with fully vetted properties. I have heard many horror stories from my friends in NYC when it comes to dealing with dishonest realtors and fake listings. Next Step Realty prides itself on only showing credible listings with good property management companies and landlords, many of which they have done business with in the past. "Moving to NYC is quite the challenge. Fortunately, my employer referred me to Next Step Realty. We looked into it and felt good about using Next Step to find housing. We set up an appointment with our broker, Grace. She prepared a list of about 10 apartments to see on our tour. We were able to find a great place for us in our budget. Grace was very professional and fun to work with. Overall, I had a great experience with Next Step and would recommend using it!"

"Samantha was such a pleasure to work with! My boyfriend and I gave her a pretty comprehensive list of amenities we were looking for and the locations we'd like to live and Samantha took the time to talk to us and understand our priorities and find us our perfect home. The Next Step experience was a pleasure as well. Going from showing to showing in a luxury SUV meant we could just focus on the places we were seeing and not worry about transit over the course of the day.
