"My wife and I recently moved to NYC. We truly believe that we could not have found our apartment without the help of Next Step Realty. After looking through an overwhelming list of apartments on Street Easy, we decided to get some help and reached out to Margit. She made the process extremely simple and easy. After a couple of conversations, we visited her in NYC. She had a long customized list of apartments for us - all apartments took into account our requests / preferences. Within a couple of hours after meeting Margit - we were in Next Step Realty's office signing our lease! We found an apartment that included everything we could have possibly wanted and, on top of that, it was within our budget! Sara at Next Step made it such an easy process and there was no way I could have made the move without her. "My friend and I graduated this past spring knowing we would have to find an apartment in NYC before our jobs started in September. Most of the summer went by before we realized we hadn't come up with a real plan for how we were going to find a place to live in.
