"My experience with Next Step was great! They helped us find an apartment in the location we wanted, within our price point, and with many of the amenities that were most important to us. The team there moved quickly from the initial outreach to setting up a showing date. Our agent, Margit, was incredibly helpful and accommodating through every step of the process. Starting with the initial stages of understanding what we were looking for, she was able to use her great knowledge of the market to guide us to what was possible. Margit was there through all of the showings, the application process, lease signing, and even after everything was all set. One of the roommates was not in NYC during the showings and lease signing, so Margit was able to seamlessly arrange a second lease signing and showing. "I was referred to Next Step through my employer and they made moving to New York City exciting, fun and insightful to say the very least! From initially speaking with Kate (my agent) to finally signing the lease, all of my questions were answered and each step of the leasing process was clearly outlined.
