"My roommate and I were referred to Next Step by our employers. We began with a phone call with Meena to discuss the process and our criteria. Meena was able to help us gather all of the necessary paperwork and kept is in the loop every step of the way. She was very easily accessible and answered any and all questions that we had. "It was great working with Katie from Next Step! She really made the apartment hunting process a breeze, always answering any questions myself and my two roommates had. She was also super accommodating, making it easy for us to find a place given our tight schedule and budget. She worked to sort out calls given a time difference, schedule viewings given other commitments, and generally was just all around very easy to work with.
