She found us our place on the first day we looked and we are so glad she took a whole day to show us places in our budget with everything we wanted. "We highly recommend Next Step Realty! We relocated to NYC from out of state, and our agent, Jessica, made the apartment-hunting process seamless. She spent time learning about our preferences through multiple phone calls prior to our appointment. She gave us guidance on figuring out what our priorities were in a place, and she was clear about what we could expect to find within our budget. The Next Step team worked hard to plan a full day of apartment-seeing for us. However, they knew our preferences so well that we signed the lease for the second apartment we saw! Next Step guided us through the paperwork, and assisted us through the inter-state communication with our new apartment. If the need arises, we will definitely use them again!"

"My roommate and I found Next Step through my employer. Next Step set us up with Sarah Minton as our agent and we had nothing but a positive experience. While other firms told us what we wanted given our timeline was not possible, Sarah showed us many good options within our price and time constraints. She was also very knowledgable, professional, and transparent, which was not something we experienced previously. Having a van drive us from place to place on a hot summer day was also invaluable for two professionals looking to start their first jobs. We ended up finding a place that suited our needs almost perfectly but then the process of approval came around. Sarah was on the phone with us and our building every day to make sure our paperwork was in and accepted. She made sure we were not going to lose the right place for us! Overall, I will be recommending Sarah and Next Step to my friends moving into NYC. It was worth the money and we are very satisfied with our place."

"Moving from Ohio I was really worried about finding an apartment in NYC. My friend Stephanie was interning at Next Step and recommended them to me. My roommate and I were blown away by the professionalism and organization we were shown. Meena, our agent, called us before our appointment and we talked about our ideal apartment and she was great with guiding us through how the process worked. When we arrived to the office she had lined up a lot of apartments for us to view, and really helped us figure out which things did and didn’t work for us. Overall the experience felt very personalized for what the two of us needed. Meena went above and beyond for us and even came back to the office at 9pm because our landlord had sent the lease over and I had to go back to Ohio in the morning. I would 10/10 recommend Meena and Next Step to anyone moving to the city!"

I couldn’t imagine having to navigate the city and find a place all on my own. Where do you even start? Luckily I didn’t have to thanks to Next Step Realty
 
The realtor we were assigned, Sarah Minton, took her time to answer all of our questions, and listen to exactly what we were looking for. And in the end, her hard work paid off. My roommate and I are happily living in an apartment that checks almost all of our boxes. 
 
Paying the price of a high-quality, experienced, and professional realtor is well worth the price tag when compared to trying to tackle it all on your own. When this lease is up I look forward to using Next Step Realty again!
