"If you're looking for housing in NYC you know that the process can be daunting, especially if you are not familiar with the market. When I came to Next Step and my agent, Sarah, I had only a vague idea of what I wanted in terms of neighborhood and budget. Later in the process I added a roommate, which changed my needs and budget, and Sarah rolled with everything and was incredibly helpful.
