"Next Step was invaluable in helping me secure an apartment that met my criteria for comfort and enjoyment. The first day I contacted Next Step, Meena scheduled a phone call and went over each of my preferences for a rental, from my ideal move-in date, location, and transportation, to aesthetics and testaments. On the day of our viewing, there was a slight mix-up with meeting location, but Meena and Next Step sent over a car and resolved it as soon as possible. During the viewings, Meena showed me about 6-7 units within my price range and encompassing my preferences.After I had settled on an apartment, Meena was great in securing favorable lease terms.In all, I'm very satisfied with Next Step's services.
