"Next Step Realty and our broker Samantha made the process of moving to NYC a breeze. My fiancee and I were moving to the city after living in Alabama for the past four years, so we really didn't know how the rental market in New York worked. Samantha walked us through the whole process during our introductory phone call and also asked us to describe everything we were looking for in an apartment. She used this information to show us six studios when we went on our apartment hunt. "My roommate and I found Next Step through my employer. Next Step set us up with Sarah Minton as our agent and we had nothing but a positive experience. While other firms told us what we wanted given our timeline was not possible, Sarah showed us many good options within our price and time constraints.
