"If you're looking for housing in NYC you know that the process can be daunting, especially if you are not familiar with the market. When I came to Next Step and my agent, Sarah, I had only a vague idea of what I wanted in terms of neighborhood and budget. Samantha, our broker, went above and beyond to have conversations with us about what we wanted and arranged a day full of viable options to see, which is exactly what we needed.
