"Next Step did such a fantastic job of helping my wife and I find an apartment! Moving to NYC from the Midwest, we had no idea how we were going to find an apartment here. Sarah made the process extremely easy and helped us every step of the way. From our first call with her, she was extremely helpful and kind, and she always went above and beyond to make sure we found our dream apartment! On the day that we visited apartments, she setup a great tour of a bunch of rentals based on what we wanted, and she showed great knowledge of the area. In fact, our new landlord said that she was one of the most prepared brokers they've ever worked with! If everyone at Next Step is even half as good as Sarah, then you're going to have a great experience finding a place in NYC!"

"My roommate and I had a wonderful experience with Meena at Next Step. She did a great job at learning and understanding our needs and showed us a number of good places. The apartment building we choose ended up being extremely difficult to work with upon signing a lease. They were trying to change terms on us such as rent and start dates, but luckily with Meena's help she was able to get us the best deal possible. As first time renters the experience really threw us for a loop at first but Meena didn't give up on getting us exactly what we wanted and what we deserved!"
