"Next Step was invaluable in helping me secure an apartment that met my criteria for comfort and enjoyment. The first day I contacted Next Step, Meena scheduled a phone call and went over each of my preferences for a rental, from my ideal move-in date, location, and transportation, to aesthetics and testaments. On the day of our viewing, there was a slight mix-up with meeting location, but Meena and Next Step sent over a car and resolved it as soon as possible. During the viewings, Meena showed me about 6-7 units within my price range and encompassing my preferences.After I had settled on an apartment, Meena was great in securing favorable lease terms.In all, I'm very satisfied with Next Step's services. "Next Step and Meena were both fantastic! Meena and I had several calls during the weeks leading up to my meeting during which I changed my goals several times. Meena was so thorough, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. By the time we actually met for showings, I felt very comfortable with Meena and I knew that she'd help me through the process. We saw 17 apartments in a single day and Meena again very patient and thorough. She and her team handled all of my paperwork and I secured my apartment in just about two days total.
