"My roommates and I sought out Next Step to navigate our search for a 3-bedroom apartment in Manhattan, with several preferences for different aspects of housing but largely unsure of what we should look for or what options are out there. In our three-way phone calls leading up to our visit, our agent Jordan was very helpful with walking us through the basics of finding a place to rent in the city (ex: apartment types, estimate of the quality that our price range would correspond to, necessary steps in filing applications, etc.) Most importantly, we were generally satisfied with the apartments that we viewed on our tour (although I experienced it virtually via my roommates' FaceTime and calls due to personal reasons) and the application process after we decided on our 1st choice was pretty straightforward as well. We hope to continue our contact with Next Step and our agent for further questions about our new place and housing in general."
