"We would absolutely recommend Next Step Realty when searching for housing in New York City. We had the privilege of working with Meena Ziabari and were extremely impressed with the process. She spent a lot of time on the phone with us walking us through the process, checking on our priorities, and managing our expectations. On the day of apartment searching she was so organized and prepared. We were very impressed that Meena found apartments within our budget and was very respectful about staying in the price range we had set. Additionally, we felt like we were able to be completely honest with her throughout the day about what we did/did not like which made it possible for us to spend more time finding our dream apartment rather than wasting time in places we did not feel were a good fit.
