He was sure to take into account all of the specs and preferences we had told him that we were looking for and put together a great group of places for us to see. Once we found the one, he handled all of our application paperwork and communicated with the landlord on our behalf, which alleviated a lot of stress. "Friendly and attentive staff. Our advisor Meena was super nice and well prepared. We scheduled a couple of calls in advance in order to set our parameters and budget prior to our visit. During our visit, we were able to decide on an apartment within 3 hours of our arrival. After the decision, Meena advised us on how to navigate the paperwork, answered questions, and was able to negotiate discounts and move-in dates for us.
