"Next Step Realty provided us with a seamless transition into our new apartment. Jake Vitale was an unbelievable agent who lined us up to look at 8+ apartments in one day. You could tell he genuinely cared about placing us in an apartment we'd like. The private car service was a great touch as well, especially because you didn't have to hop on and off the subway or hunt down cabs. "Using Next Step was super efficient and they and my agent, Victoria, seemed to understand what I was looking for. In about 4-5 hours I was shown about 9 different apartments. Having just come off a 16 hour flight from the Philippines, it didn't feel like a drag at all. They definitely know their stuff, and Victoria was very communicative throughout the process and even after closing the apartment--would recommend."
