We discussed our preferences with Margit, who quickly followed up with a tailored list of available units that we never came across on our personal searches. We even had a friendly driver on the day of the viewing! The process of applying for and signing a lease was almost too easy. Margit followed up with us for several days after our move to provide us with contacts and discounts, which were useful when we needed to put up a temporary wall and schedule movers. "Next Step was literally AMAZING - seriously not a single complaint. The apartment hunting process can be SO stressful, especially when moving to a new city, but Margit made me and my roommate's transition to NYC so easy and actually enjoyable! Margit was literally able to get us everything we wanted - price range, location, amenities, you name it. My experience the day of the showing was seamless as well. At Next Step's office I was provided water, coffee and snacks; my appointment start time was prompt; the actual apartment viewings took less than two hours before I found the apartment I wanted.
