"Our experience with Next Step Realty in West Village was even better then we would have expected. They made the search for an apartment so incredibly easy. My boyfriend and I were both coming to New York from out of state and not being in the city to look at places was too difficult to try and make work. When we arrived they greeted us with lots of hospitality and then instantly took us out to begin looking at places. Our broker we worked with, Jake, was phenomenal. A couple of weeks before we spoke to double check we were all on the same page with our budget, areas we are interested in, and things we are looking for. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable about the New York neighborhoods and showed us places that were exactly what we were looking for, as well as some other places to get a good idea of what we would want. His communication, knowledge and support is something you would never get with trying to find a place online or on your own. In today’s market, working with Next Step and Jake is sort of a must-do.
