The day of our tour, we met her in the morning, and she gave us a list of apartments which mostly all fit our criteria, along with details about price and commute to our workplaces. "I worked with Victoria Scott at Next Step Realty, and my whole experience was easy, rewarding, and quick. Victoria closely followed all of my roommate's and my requests and was realistic with us about the challenges of finding an apartment in NYC. Being driven around in a car made the whole thing very easy, and by noon we had decided on which apartment we loved and wanted to apply for. Victoria walked us through all the steps of the application, which we were able to complete in the comfortable Next Step office down in the West Village. She made us feel confident that we would get the apartment we applied for, given that she had pre-screened all of our documents.
