"We had a great experience working with Margit at Next Step Realty to find our new apartment. From start to finish she was very supportive and responsive in answering all of our questions, and we are extremely happy with the apartment that we ended up with. Thanks Margit! As for UBS: I had spent several hours speaking with friends and family and researching online for potential brokers to use to find our apartment. The email we received from UBS came on June 30th, which was well after the deadline needed for contacting a broker to find an apartment before we start work. If the email had come maybe a month earlier (or more) it would have given us ample time to contact Next Step and use them as our broker."

"I can’t begin to describe what a pleasure it was to work with Margit and the rest of the team at The Next Step Realty. As an in-season athlete at a school 5 hours away from NYC, my roommate and I had literally ONE day when we could come to the city to view apartments. He always replied to our emails (and later texts) promptly, and showed us places that were mostly within our specifications. We ended up finding a wonderful place. "Using Next Step Realty was all around a great experience. My roommates and I worked with Bri, who was an incredible help. Although we were searching for a four bedroom apartment at a time when the general inventory was quite low, Bri facilitated our finding of an amazing apartment. We were able to submit an application for the space the same day that we saw it, and fortunately landed the apartment quickly. Since then, Bri has assisted us in our move-in process. We have felt that she has gone above and beyond her responsibilities, not to mention our expectations, especially with regard to everything after signing the lease. My roommates and I would absolutely recommended Next Step Realty, and Bri in particular, to any college students moving to New York City. We had previously tried to find an apartment without the help of someone like Bri, and it was a complete nightmare. However, once we got set up with Next Step, the whole process was a breeze."
