"I feel extremely lucky to have worked with Next Step Realty during my transition to New York. Relocating from Florida to New York City for my new job seemed very daunting to me before working with this agency. I essentially had no real knowledge about the city itself, much less real estate or renting apartments. The client relations team was extremely patient with me and helped me understand the fast-paced world of apartment hunting in NYC. My broker, Meena Ziabari, called me a couple of days before my tour date, introduced herself and chatted with me for almost an hour to prepare me for the tour. "After a couple of weeks of searching for apartments on my own, and stressing myself out about it beyond belief, I decided to call Next Step Realty. I had heard about it from a family friend, and ended up working with Jordan. Jordan was incredibly helpful and patient when helping my roommate and I find our new home. It was a great day that ended with us applying for the awesome apartment we now live in! "My employer referred me to Next Step, and it made our first New York apartment search a lot less intimidating! Meena worked to find an apartment for me and my two roommates that checked all of the boxes. She went above and beyond our expectations by showing us apartments in our budget that also were in line with our aesthetic taste. The first apartment we saw was better than anything we could have imaged, and now we can call it home! Meena worked with us through the craziness on the day we saw the apartment to make sure we secured it and submitted all of the necessary information. We could not have done it without her! "Next Step was fantastic and I would recommend it to any young professional moving to the city! My roommate and I only had 2 days to find an apartment and our broker was amazing. He showed us 8 apartments in one day that were in our price range and with the amenities we had requested. We submitted an application the same day and signed the lease the next day! I don't know how we could've done it without the help of Next Step. Every step was easy! The driver picked us up at each location and dropped us off at the next. Everything ran smoothly and we got to relax in the beautiful Next Step Realty offices while signing all the papers. Our broker walked us through everything so the process was very transparent. Also, since both my roommate and I are from out of town we didn't have local banks to withdraw cash or cut checks, but thankfully we were able to wire Next Step the money and they did all of that for us as well. We are now happily moved into our apartment just 1.5 weeks later and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Next Step Realty. Thank you again so much!"
