"I heard about Next Step from a friend and they were the first realtor that I contacted when moving to NYC from Boston. I had dealt with other realty companies in Boston (many of which were a bit sketchy and disorganized), and I was pleasantly surprised during my great experience with Next Step. First off, the small start-up feel is really welcoming. All the agents were very helpful, but Meena Ziabari was our agent, and she assembled a great list of properties that checked all the boxes. The process went very smoothly, and within a few days we had closed on an apartment in Manhattan. I would highly recommend Next Step for anyone looking to make sense of what can be a hectic apartment hunt in NYC."

"Due to my job offer, I have to move from Texas to NYC. I have never lived in New York nor did I know how to even start looking for an apartment. Next Step Realty was the best solution possible for me by doing all the heavy lifting. I called weeks in advance to let them know I needed to find somewhere to stay and Margit Weinberg, my agent, immediately followed up with me. She found 8 apartments for me to see within a span of 3 hours that gave me a great idea of what I could expect and what my options would be. I absolutely loved one apartment and we ended up doing the paperwork and locking it in the next day. The process was absolutely painless and I am thrilled with the result. For anyone who wants to get the right apartment but doesn't know how, or doesn't have the time for it, then Next Step Realty is seriously worth considering. I also cannot recommend Margit enough as both a professional and a wonderful person to help you find your next home."

"My roommate and I were extremely stressed about finding an affordable apartment in the 36 hours we had in NYC to look for one! However, when we met with our agent, Jessica, our worries vanished. She had a list of 8 places ready to go, and we used our time extremely efficiently to see each one. She tailored the tour to us and made sure the apartments were in our desired areas/in our price range. We found the perfect apartment for us, and by the end of the day, we had our applications and deposit done so that the apartment was secured for us!
