"I worked with Victoria and she was incredibly diligent and professional. Finding a first apartment in NYC is very stressful and Victoria made the process seamless. I had to be a bit flexible with pricing and my expectations though, especially because I was looking towards the end of the month of June for a July 1st move-in. I was not impressed with a lot of the apartments I viewed, but I think that was due to the time at which I was searching relative to when I wanted to move in - it was a very quick turnaround. Regardless, I absolutely love the place that Victoria helped me to find and she ensured that all of the paperwork was submitted quickly, which enabled me to secure the apartment before other applications came in later the same day. For that I cannot thank Victoria and Next Step enough! I would definitely recommend Victoria to others - she's the best!!"
