"In moving to NYC from Atlanta and bringing my 55lb dog, I knew I was setting out looking for a unicorn of an apartment. Next Step and Alec were the perfect partners to help me and Ramona find our dream NYC apartment. We spent the day looking at apartment after apartment, almost all acceptable and within the criteria and budgetary constraints Alec and I had discussed at length, before we found the one! I couldn't be happier with the apartment we settled on and Ramona and I are happy new residences of Turtle Bay. Our apartment was being renovated when we looked at it and now that it's complete and we are all moved in, it's perfect. All new kitchen and bathroom and right at my budget. "My new employer referred me to Next Step and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Victoria Scott was my agent and was helpful throughout the entire process. She and the Next Step team thoroughly exceeded my expectations.
