"In moving to NYC from Atlanta and bringing my 55lb dog, I knew I was setting out looking for a unicorn of an apartment. Next Step and Alec were the perfect partners to help me and Ramona find our dream NYC apartment. We spent the day looking at apartment after apartment, almost all acceptable and within the criteria and budgetary constraints Alec and I had discussed at length, before we found the one! I couldn't be happier with the apartment we settled on and Ramona and I are happy new residences of Turtle Bay. Our apartment was being renovated when we looked at it and now that it's complete and we are all moved in, it's perfect. All new kitchen and bathroom and right at my budget. Alec and the Next Step team were so helpful, answering my myriad of questions along the journey and I cannot thank them enough!"

"My new employer referred me to Next Step and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Victoria Scott was my agent and was helpful throughout the entire process. She and the Next Step team thoroughly exceeded my expectations. While transitioning from the military to civilian life has offered several challenges, and having never lived in NYC has presented several more, working with Next Step has not been one of them. After presenting Victoria with my list of expectations and my restrictive budget she subsequently compiled a list of approximately 10 excellent options. As a testament to her attention to my requests, the first apartment she showed me turned out to be the one I chose. It fit all of my requirements perfectly. "My roommates and I had a great experience with Whitney Hall at Next Step! Whitney helped us find a great apartment in the perfect neighborhood that met many of our requirements. As we were driven around on the day of our appointment in a Next Step car, we were able to see over ten apartments in a very short time! We saw apartments all over the city and in different price ranges, so we really understood what a great value the apartment that we chose was. "I couldn't have had a better experience with Next Step, especially Liz Leviston!! From the very beginning when I showed up at the wrong office they made sure I still made it across town in time in the Next Step car in order to make my first appointment. I didn't have much knowledge about NYC real estate and Liz was able to talk to me before hand and easily adjust our tours along the way once I got a better sense of what I was looking for. Liz went above and beyond to accommodate me as I only had a couple of days in town and put together a great variety of apartments and was able to quickly pick up on what was important to me and what I was looking for.
