"Next Step Realty was a great service to use. I am a recent college graduate, new to the city and was overwhelmed with the housing process. Meena Ziabari, our agent, made the process extremely easy, explaining the application process to my roommate and I, answering all of the questions that we had, and helping us find a beautiful apartment that we both love. Meena came up with a list of apartments and showed them to us, helped us fill out the necessary application paperwork, and advocated for us to get the apartment that we wanted. She also took care of the payment and most of the other transactions with the landlord. This was a huge help because it made the process a lot easier. She paid attention to all of our specifications of the apartment we wanted and kept our best interests at heart. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend Next Step and Meena to anyone looking for a great real estate service. "

"My roommates and I had the best experience with Next Step & Matt Bauman! We learned 2 weeks before our lease was up that we needed to move and were feeling frantic. A friend reco-ed Matt to us and he instantly made us feel better about not only finding a place but also finding one with all our criteria in a short amount of time. His assistant Estelle was able to take us out just a few short days after we reached out and on a Saturday (most other brokers told us absolutely not could we see places over the weekend). This was great given our busy schedules we were able to carve out time over the weekend to look. They provided a great list of apartments for us to see and we decided immediately on the 3rd apartment we were sold! The application process was extremely smooth and they helped us every step of the way. They also were just as excited as we were about finding a place! "I worked with Victoria and she was incredibly diligent and professional. Finding a first apartment in NYC is very stressful and Victoria made the process seamless. I had to be a bit flexible with pricing and my expectations though, especially because I was looking towards the end of the month of June for a July 1st move-in. I was not impressed with a lot of the apartments I viewed, but I think that was due to the time at which I was searching relative to when I wanted to move in - it was a very quick turnaround. Regardless, I absolutely love the place that Victoria helped me to find and she ensured that all of the paperwork was submitted quickly, which enabled me to secure the apartment before other applications came in later the same day. For that I cannot thank Victoria and Next Step enough! I would definitely recommend Victoria to others - she's the best!!"
