"My roommates and I had a good experience with Next Step. We tried to go it alone at first, but the NYC apartment market for a July 1 move in is very tough. Jessica Bailey was great and helped up find something we loved on short notice. I definitely recommend starting to look at apartments early in the month to give yourself the most options. I had to handle the lease signing and other paperwork from 3 hours away, and Jessica was very accommodating and helpful, so if you're moving from out of town, know that they'll work with you to make the process as smooth as possible."
