"I couldn't have had a better experience with Next Step, especially Liz Leviston!! From the very beginning when I showed up at the wrong office they made sure I still made it across town in time in the Next Step car in order to make my first appointment. I didn't have much knowledge about NYC real estate and Liz was able to talk to me before hand and easily adjust our tours along the way once I got a better sense of what I was looking for. Liz went above and beyond to accommodate me as I only had a couple of days in town and put together a great variety of apartments and was able to quickly pick up on what was important to me and what I was looking for. The entire process was extremely quick yet smooth given the situation. Liz helped tremendously ever step of the way! I highly recommend working with Liz!! She and the entire company continue to reach out to me to make sure everything is going well."

"Next Step Realty is great! Bri helped me and my roommate find an amazing apartment that would have been impossible to find on our own. We had done some research initially, but had no idea how difficult the process really is. We had a great time searching around Manhattan with Bri for the day and she was extremely knowledgeable. She knew every detail about each neighborhood, like the closest subway station, grocery store, and laundromat. I could not imagine having to go through this process without Bri and Next Step Realty!"

"Jordan was very helpful. He was well prepared with our paper work and list of apartments before we arrived at his office. He showed us four apartments and was able to find us a place at the bottom range of our budget. He also knows a lot about the city so he can tell you what to do for fun around your new place.
