"Our Next Step broker, Katie, worked very well around our schedule and provided options that met all of our criteria. She was flexible and happy to help my roommates and I look at multiple options even before we were entirely sure on how many roommates we would have. Since initially signing the documents, she did a great job of keeping in touch, following up, and ensuring that the status of our lease (and in our case, a condo board approval process), was going according to plan. Definitely would not have been able to find a great 4-bedroom without her help"

"I had a great experience finding an apartment with Next Step! My broker Meena Ziabari was extremely helpful in my search - she clearly understood exactly what I was looking for. I was moving from out of state and only had one day in the city to search, so I was very worried about if this would work out in such a small timeframe. Since Meena had found places that clearly matched what I had asked for I only ended up needing to see a few places before picking an apartment that I'm very happy with! Meena's assistant Sara was also helpful as she helped coordinate most of my paperwork beforehand, and walked me through all of the steps during my lease signing. It was also great to drink a glass of wine while signing my lease! I would definitely recommend Next Step to anyone looking for an apartment in the city, and I plan to reach out to Meena & Next Step again if I'm looking for a new place in the future."
