My fiancé and I had an amazing experience with Jake and Next Step when moving from Michigan to NYC. I can’t recommend him enough. Honestly, the quality of the apartments was so much higher than the places we tried to find on our own within the same price range and locations. Moreover, the whole process was designed to be as convenient and stress-free as possible, as we covered a huge amount of ground in a single afternoon, with ample time at the end to fill out the application paperwork at the office. Jake was diligent in ensuring that he had everything he needed from us to make the experience as simple and easy as possible.
