I had a fantastic experience with Next Step. I needed to sign an Oct 15 lease and wasn’t going to be able to view apartments until Oct 3. I was nervous about the quick turnaround but Jake made it a seamless process. On the day of my appointment he had a lineup of several great apartments for me to see. The apartment I ended up choosing hadn’t been listed yet so I know I wouldn’t have gotten it if I hadn’t worked with Jake. I love my place and never want to leave, but if I have to move again I will absolutely use Next Step again.
