About a month ago, my group of 3 roommates and I went on our next step tour with Victoria where we saw 6 apartments within our price range and in only 2.5 hours! A day later, we were approved for our first choice apartment (which wasn’t even on the market) and signed our lease! It’s been amazing so far and we are so grateful for Next Step making this daunting process so much easier for us as we are all new to the NYC rental market!
