After moving from her hometown in Orange County, California to the East Coast for college, Samantha studied and graduated Boston University with a B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in Marketing and minoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. While still in school, she obtained her Massachusetts real estate license and specialized in rental business on a top real estate team in Boston during her Junior and Senior Year of college.

Samantha’s experience building her own book of business in Boston for the latter half of college while learning alongside established mentors and colleagues allowed her to build a robust foundation in real estate. Samantha honed her skills and gained valuable insights that she now applies to the dynamic real estate market of New York City.
